My 19 year brother and myself went home to San Antonio at the end of January to celebrate his birthday with our parents. He seemed very pale and a bit tired. Our parents insisted that we get his blood checked before he went back to College Station to continue his freshman year at Texas A&M. On Feb. 2, he was rushed to the ICU with an initial diagnosis of leukemia. It was later confirmed that he has Philadelphia Positive Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). He began chemotherapy and is fighting through the shocking diagnosis. His prayer is that through this difficulty, the Lord's glory shines through for others to be drawn to Him. He clings to the Lord's promises, specifically Joshua 1:9, Romans 8:28, and Jeremiah 29:11. This GoFundMe is to help pay the medical costs associated with his battle against leukemia.
