Misti & Rachel have been more than just team members at Trap Beauty Bar – they've been a pillars of our community. Known throughout Las Vegas for their incredible talent, warm hearts, and unwavering dedication to giving back, Misti & Rachel now face the fight of their professional lives.

What Happened?

Misti entered into what she believed was a genuine business partnership to grow Trap Beauty Bar. She faithfully contributed her share of the rent payments, trusting her partner to handle the business finances. Rachel joined a few months later and has always paid her weekly rent on time, no matter what. Recently, they discovered the devastating truth: her partner, the original owner of The Trap Beauty Bar, had been pocketing Misti & Rachels rent contributions instead of paying the landlord. She had been using their funds to fuel her personal lifestyle. Due to her not paying the rent, the past due balance accrued to over $8,000.

Now, through no fault of their own, Misti & Rachel arrived to a 5-day notice due to nonpayment of rent and the very real threat of eviction. Years of hard work, client relationships, and dreams of business ownership could disappear overnight.

Why They Deserve Our Help

Just weeks ago, Misti & Rachel demonstrated the heart that makes them so special to our community. They organized and helped fund a back-to-school hair event, working from 5:30 AM until 4:30 AM the next morning – over 23 hours straight – to ensure every single child who came got their hair done for the new school year. They didn't stop until everyone was served. Over 150 children.

This is who Misti & Rachel are: women who puts their community first, even when it means working through the night. Women who invests in our children's confidence and success. Women who have built their reputation not just on skill, but on character.
