I'd like to share a bit about my colleague and dear friend Mirian so that you get a sense of what an expectional human being she is.

When I met Mirian, l was looking for a very special team member for my pet sitting business. Mirian not only demonstrated that she was the perfect fit, but it was instantly evident that she was compassionate, caring and a devoted animal lover. She has committed many years of her life to helping animals in her community. She is an advocate for animal welfare and a true hero to both cats, dogs and other household pets. Her dedication to felines knows no bounds. She is a Certified Feline Behavior Specialist and has been on a quest to save cats from the cruel shelter system that is often a death sentence for many felines. She has gone as far as to provide her services free of charge. Her mission is to save the lives of as many cats as possible and find them loving homes. As a result she founded her own Cat Rescue, Lilly's Haven. She is also the mom of 2 daughters and a few cats.

At the beginning of this year, Mirian fell ill and was in excrutiating pain. Months went by before the doctors gave her an official diagnosis of Stage 4 cancer. As one can imagine, this was absolutely devastating news. In an instant, her life completely changed. Sadly she is no longer able to work with the furry companions whose lives she has touched over the years.

At this point, Mirian is chronically fatigued and can barely maneuver around. Soon she will start the hellish process of draining radiation and chemotherapy treatments. Please join me, her daughters and friends and help this Angel to the Animals. Let's stand together and make this incredibly stressful time in her life as worry-free as posible.
