Aloha friends and family,

As you know, I had the privilege of caring for both my parents before they passed away. They had a Trust setup to store our Wainiha property. My brother is the sole Trustee, is in breach of his duties, and is in the process of selling the WHOLE property. I need to act fast and raise as much funds as possible to fight for my half of the property. This is the last parcel in the "Kanehe" name and it is important to me and the 'ohana connected to this aina-that it not be sold to foreigners.

They are about to close on the sale and I will not leave, without a fight.

Funds will be used prudently to retain attorneys, ongoing legal fees, and land preservation efforts.
