Stand with Michael: 10 Months in Hospital

My name is Michael Targouski .On 10 /04/ 21 I was buried over 95% of my body. I spent 10 months in the hospital. I must state first, The Burn unit at Bridge Port Hospital ,has the most incredible Doctors & nurse's. If not for them I would have not survived!! I spent 2 months in an medical coma. After the hospital stay, I tried living on my own, renting a room. I live with no fiscal support. Throughout my 10 month in the hospital I received not a single visit from any one. This isn't easy to say, I find this extremely difficult to admit I have not anyone in my life that would take time to visit/support me as I learned to walk, feed, dress, clean and use the bathroom. As a 51 year old man who always took care of myself. Never had I thought I might need help to live. I feel ashamed to ask for help . I want to live in a safe clean (Handycap) environment. I have found it extremely difficult to live , as the physical therapist puts it "the new norm" . A quick story so people may know how it is. Besides the looks & stairs from people( Especially kids ) just out, or shopping. I was walking down the street when a little girl seen me she became so absolutely terrified, that she ran into the street, and was almost killed by a passing car. I didn't go out during the daylight for a long time after that. I still don't much. Most people just lock there car door as I pass. Lots pull there kids close (think I have an dease) . I was a Burn surviver's group at the Bridgeport hospital, but covid put a stop to that. If I get stable,Safe living, I wish to Volunteer at the CT Burn camp for kids. I believe I can help them transition to the "NEW NORM ". Thank you so much, & if you like to know more, I would like to talk. Life has been getting better every day. I'd like to thank everyone that has been so supportive, throughout my journey with donations, and thoughtful, and encouraging words of support. So you know what I am working through. I receive $967.00 a month. I pay $800.00 a month for a room that I have to share with another man,Because I am unable to afford my own private room. Asyou might think this is uncomfortable for the both of us. I so want to have a room/apartment of my own!But this leaves me with $167.00 for the month. I do what I can to make money go as far as I possibly can. I go to the food pantry, and wear donated clothes. I feel sad to the point it sikens me when I think of my situation. I don't complain or even like to talk about my life. I find it extremely embarrassing how things have turned out. It was not supposed to happen this way. I had a much different life before.I want to life in in a clean, Safe and Handycap apparent of my own. This will provide me with much dignity. I don't know how to get out of this situation. Thank you all for listening to me. And for all of your support in my time of need ❤️ people have been asking what happened, so I will try to explan how I was buried. An electrical transformer malfunctioned causing a plasma burst. Plasma is the 4th state of matter,3× hoter than the surface of the sun. When the transformer released its energy, 13,800 volts.⚡️ This was so hot that it liquifid & ignited the Hydrogen in the atmosphere around me. All of this happened in a Millia second. At the speed of light. As I am told, I am the only person that has ever survived a plasma burst. Thank you everyone. I have nothing but love for you all!
