- Hi I'm Mary. I am raising funds to get a lawyer to get my home back and get a temporary place to live. The home I was living in was owned by two family friends who made an agreement to sell me the house. They since passed away. Well now the granddaughter has taken me to court to get me evicted. I have documents of purchasing receipts and everything else but since I had no attorney I lost the eviction process I'm trying to appeal and produce all my evidence including witnesses who actually know not ppl who where never around. She got me for over $49,999 plus she is trying to get me to pay back rent of like $25,000 while is wild considering my house was already paid off and they know it. Sheriff showed up I have until Monday the 30th to vacate.
