Stand with Marc Brooks in Recovery

Retired officer Marc Brooks #366/117 suffered a stroke in August. Consequently, he will be off work, recovering, for at least three months. He's out of the hospital, recovering at home. He was at his current job for only two months. This doesn't allow for family leave or company disability. For everyone who knows #366, you'll agree that he spent his entire 22-year career serving and helping others. Now he needs our help. We are asking for his BART Police family to help Marc get through this challenging time.

Those of you who I haven't met, welcome to our BART family. To my sisters and brothers, mentors, and those of you who just wanted me to stand with them, I'm sorry to send my thoughts and prayers to you in this way. We have weathered and endured many firestorms, and still, we stand to protect our patrons, employees, community, and each other.
