The total of people who have died from the Eaton Fire is eight, while five firefighters have been injured.

The Eaton Fire, separate from the Kenneth Fire, Palisades Fire, and Hurst Fire, started near Altadena Drive and Midwick Drive and exploded Overnight due to the, Heavy Santa Ana winds of up to 100 mph.
