My niece Lillian, who is just 9 years old and has already endured more than most adults will in a lifetime, has recently underwent her fourth brain surgery to remove yet another tumor. Despite her young age, she continues to fight with unbelievable courage, strength, and grace. Her parents, Paul and Jill, have been by her side every step of the way — but the emotional and financial toll is becoming overwhelming.
