Support for Leland During His Cancer Treatment

Dear friends and community,

Our dear friend Leland is facing a difficult and courageous journey. He has recently been diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer and will soon begin an intensive treatment plan that includes both chemotherapy and radiation. His chemotherapy will involve one of the strongest regimens available, and his care team has determined that he must stay in San Diego to be close to the treatment center.

This means that for the next 18 weeks, Leland will need a safe, stable place to stay near the hospital. As you can imagine, this is a significant physical, emotional, and financial challenge.

We are reaching out to ask for your support — whether it’s helping find housing options, contributing financially, offering meals or transportation, or simply keeping Leland in your thoughts and prayers. Every bit of kindness will help ease the burden and remind him he’s not facing this alone.
