My name is La’Tonya Ford, and I am a whistleblower trapped in a 16-year nightmare of corporate corruption, judicial collusion, and state-sponsored torture. Physical Torture: DEW assaults causing burns, LRADs assaults, hearing loss, and neurological damage, microscopic pests targeting my sensory organs being released through the HVAC system the neighbors illegally have access to they premeditated with law enforcement, Turnbury Gates Townhome Association, Heritage Property Management and Defendant's counsel at Seyfarth Shaw and Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath. The neighbors are military, medical professionals and the Bahamas Prime Minister son and his wife.
Psychological Warfare: Law enforcement and neighbors who are military and medical professionals including connections to local government are paid to stalk, intimidate, and sabotage me and my home. I am gangstalked everywhere I go.
The courts have ignored overwhelming evidence of fraud, judicial misconduct and obstruction and the FBI/DOJ/GBI actively aids my tormentors. My home is no longer safe. The courts have colluded and today March 27, 2025 denied 14 of my motions as pro se Plaintiff after removing my counsel twice based on false safety concerns by defendants counsel and the EEOC settling with the other 23 Plaintiff's in 2020. They refuse to do anything and the Colorado AG deleted his email for me reporting these attacks. I live in Chamblee, GA and they have clients of defendant's counsel - Dekalb County municipality authoring fraudulent police reports and terrorizing me on a daily basis that the court said isn't related which of course is a lie. GBI sent me an email that this is not illegal in 2024.

This Is Not a Conspiracy Theory it started as an EEOC case and I filed the initial complaint November 2009 against Jackson National Life Insurance my former employer. They settled with 23 Intervenor Plaintiffs and have decided to retaliate against me and torture me:

Expose Seyfarth Shaw’s Fraudulent Conduct**
I Motioned for Sanctions** against Seyfarth Shaw for:
- **Misrepresenting Withdrawal**: Claiming to leave the case in March 2020 while continuing to litigate in Ohio - the court denied the motion today.
- **Collusion with Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath, ABA Chair Heather Theresa Carson Perkins as Defense counsel**: Seyfarth Shaw transferring the case mid-2020 while retaining ties to Jackson National.
**Legal Authority**:
- *Colorado Rule of Professional Conduct 8.4(c)* (prohibiting dishonesty, fraud, deceit).
- *Chambers v. NASCO, Inc.*, 501 U.S. 32 (1991) (court’s inherent power to sanction bad faith).
Judicial Misconduct & Collusion**
- The court ignored Defendants’ perjury and suppressed evidence (e.g., 2015 mediation records, 2020 email).
- Fast-tracking Defendants’ motions while delaying mine - EEOC v. Jackson National Life Insurance Company 1:16-cv-02472 - TPO.

Turnbury Gates Townhome Association HOA board and neighbors have been manipulating the market selling their townhomes every 2 years to destabilize housing market to devalue my home with defense other client Dekalb County Tax Authority charge me higher taxes opposed to neighbor's property. Camden Apartment Complex across the street has also been assaulting me with DEW's as they have FBI agents move in and assault me all day long including surveilling my property. They have added military personnel to the HOA board who is in direct contact with Chamblee Police authoring fraudulent police reports and deleting body camera footage of attempted home break-ins sent by defendants, law enforcement and the HOA board. THE DOJ/FBI/GBI refuses to do anything including the Chamblee Mayor, Dekalb County City Council, GA and CO attorney general and governor's. I have emailed congress and the White House both administrations for help and they refuse to do anything. They have deleted my social media and email accounts and hack my calls and emails. I had 22 years in the financial industry prior to this and now they have ruined everything targeting and torturing me.

The Colorado US District court coordinating with the DOJ/FBI/GBI and Defendants using military equipment and weapons on me refuses to address these events instead denying the briefs I submit to the court and ignoring pro se litigants being targeted and assaulted with DEW's, sonic cannons and other military equipment using weapons on war on women for an employment dispute:
The case is clearly Ford as Intervenor Plaintiff v Jackson National Life Insurance with the EEOC as Plaintiff but the legal cites keep removing Jackson National Life Insurance and labeling the case; Equal Emp't Opportunity Comm'n v. Ford. This has been a premediated scheme to target and terrorize me since this case started in November 2009 when I filed a claim of discrimination with the EEOC.
