Hey there! My name is Presley. The Cracker Barrel team and I are getting together for one of our co-workers who has been with us for a little over two years. Her cancer has come back and is fighting against any treatment they try to give her. She’s not able to work for up to 7 months, & with disability turning her down we decided to help! Here’s a little bit of her story.

Speaking with Ladonna, she says:

“I was first diagnosed in August 2020 and beat it a few years later. I went through hyperbaric treatments, which helped, but she's the one that told me that I had cancer again. This was about 2022. I went through a bit more chemo treatments. I just got better when I came to work there in July 2023. I'm a mother of a 14-year-old at home and 4 step-sons, 2 passed. 1 passed of cancer about 6 months ago. I didn't tell many about that because I didn’t want anyone to feel like I would be next.”
