From a Kitchen to a National Brand: Help Protect Kuhdoo’s Future

Twelve years ago, Kuhdoo was born in a kitchen in Austin, Texas. Started by a mother with a baby on her hip and an unshakable belief that something meaningful could be built from the ground up. What began as a small, homegrown operation quickly became a labor of grit, vision, and relentless work.

Fast forward 7 years with a move to Llano Texas, that kitchen project grew into a nationally recognized, woman-owned heirloom soap company serving customers across the United States. Today, Kuhdoo is the largest heirloom soap manufacturer in the country, and it proudly traces its roots back to Llano, a town that is so proud to be the home of Kaysha Kosman and her kiddos.

Kuhdoo's success has brought far more than beautiful products into the world. It has brought economic activity, and national recognition to Llano, Texas. This company proves that something cultivated in a small town with integrity, discipline, and heart can compete and win on a national stage.

Today, Kuhdoo faces an unexpected legal and financial threat tied to an early financing relationship that was entered in good faith. A former backer has taken an adversarial legal action that could seize and shut down the company within the next 30 days.

Kuhdoo is a strong, growing, operational company.

The goal of this campaign is to raise $327,000 in the next two weeks to protect Kuhdoo, stabilize operations, and secure the time and resources needed to preserve its future. These funds will be used to cover urgent financial protections and to safeguard the business while leadership works to overcome the threat.

Kuhdoo is more than a brand. It is a woman-built, Texas company. It is proof of what perseverance can create. It is a story of a single mother who refused to quit, of babies who grew up alongside a business, and of a small town whose belief helped turn a kitchen dream into a national success.

If 3,000 people who believe in small business and American entrepreneurship gave $100 or if more stepped in at $50, $25, or whatever they are able this goal would be reached, a 12-year legacy would be protected, and a mother and her children would experience the power of a community rallying beside one of its own when it matters most. To date, the founder has already personally secured $135,000 toward the total balance due by December 31, demonstrating her commitment to doing everything within her power to protect the company she built from the ground up. This campaign exists to help bridge the remaining gap and ensure Kuhdoo can survive and move forward.

The Austin and Hill Country area believed first. Texas carried it forward. Customers across the country helped it grow.

Every donation, share, and prayer matters. Thank you for standing with Kuhdoo.
