Stand with Kidist Selassie Eritrean Church in Minnesota

We the member’s of Kidist Selassie Eritrean Tewahedo Orthodox Church of Minnesota, are currently in a legal battle with a few members of the church. This was not what we wanted but our hands were twisted to be involved in this difficult situation.

Our church is part of the churches who pray under the late Abune Antonios, who was unjustly removed from his pope position and was on house arrest till his death. Some members of the church turned course and decided they did not want to do that anymore and the solution for them was to shut the church down and lock the doors on the parishioners.

The parishioners continue to support our church and are against the closure. Currently our priest is serving us without deacon or any support during the services. Although, we are in court proceedings, we are continuing to hold services, Baptize, marry, and pray for those who need special prayers.

We are committed to handling this matter with integrity, grace, and faith, trusting that truth and justice will prevail. However, we cannot do it alone. Your support, whether through a donation, sharing this campaign, or offering a prayer means everything to us in this season.
