My name is Tara and I have set up this account to help Kaylee and her family during this unthinkable time. On Mother's Day, Kaylee had a UTI that went septic and has been in ICU ever since. Kaylee has overcome so many battles so far (has come off the ventilator), but recently had a big setback (high C02 levels). Angel and Chad started to go back to work for a very short spurt but unfortunately Kaylee's new health setback has resulted in them spending their time by Kaylee's side. Kaylee has over come so many obstacles in her life, and never has let Spina Bifida define her. She has a contagious smile and energy that can light up the room. She has some big hurdles to overcome and could use all the prayers possible during this fragile time. In the meantime, bills are piling up and more bills will be coming in. If you find it in your heart to help a family who is overwhelmed with spending all their energy and emotions praying for their child to come home, I know they would greatly appreciate this kind gesture.
