My name is Kayla Pair, and I'm Kaitie Tabor's older sister. As you probably know, my little sister was in a car accident that took her life. I debated on making a GoFundMe because of the fake ones and the drama around all of that.

I filed temporary emergency guardianship and guardianship for Aurora, my 4-month-old niece, and was approved. We finally made it home, and she is doing amazing ❤️

I'm deeply saddened and heartbroken, not only for the loss of my little sister, who I spent 25 years with, but for all of my nieces and nephews who are hurt, sad, and confused about where their momma is. Aurora was thrown out of the vehicle and had not even a scratch; she was truly protected by something beyond us, and I will continue to protect, love, and cherish her, not only for her but for my sister.

We have court on the 24th and a long road ahead of us. We weren't expecting to have a 4-month-old baby, and we weren't prepared for any of this, but I will not let her or my sister down.

I will never replace my sister, and she will always know who her momma is. I'll tell her many stories, and I'm so thankful for this piece of my sister I have left. She looks exactly like my sister
