Hey everyone. My son, Alex, known to EVERYONE as Juni, is a brave 12-year-old who has faced more challenges than most kids his age. After being in remission for three years following a stem cell transplant, Juni was diagnosed again with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia for the third time on August 26th, 2025—just two weeks after his father, Alex, passed away. This devastating news has deeply affected our family, and as a single mom, I am now caring for both Juni and his sister, Gianna, while navigating this difficult journey.
To be by Juni’s side during his treatment, I had to quit my job. Our days are now filled with hospital visits to the Children’s Hospital in Chicago, and there is a plan to eventually travel out of state for further care. The financial strain of daily expenses, bills, and the uncertainty of what lies ahead has made it impossible to manage on my own. I am asking for help to cover our basic needs so I can focus on supporting Juni and Gianna through this fight.
Despite everything, Juni continues to find joy in wrestling, video games, building Legos, and chatting away with friends. The support we’ve received from friends, family, and our community has meant the world to us. We are hopeful and have not stopped praying, but the doctors have prepared us for a difficult road ahead. Any help you can offer will make a real difference for our family as we face the unimaginable.
Thank you so much ❤️
