As the year comes to its end and the long-awaited New Year approaches, once again our community has received news of another friend diagnosed with cancer.

As many of you know by now, our friend John Webb was diagnosed with cancer earlier this month.

Recently, the doctors called John and gave it a name: Renal Cell Carcinoma. Giving it a name makes it seem more real than when they just called it cancer. Lots of people have experience with these fights and will understand John's upcoming journey. This fight will take its toll on John and his family. John's getting prepped for his fight. One no coach can train you for; it has no rules and it won't fight fair. John's been a great friend to so many people.

2-Dogs, as he's known to so many friends, our community has always helped those who needed help.

John needs our help now. There will be more doctor visits out of town, hospital stays, and just your everyday expenses. He's waiting on short-term disability to start, but he's been out of work a few weeks now. John's the breadwinner for his family, and Crystal will be taking care of him during his fight. Anything that's donated will help relieve some financial stress and help provide John with the care he needs now.

It was hard to convince John to let us set this up. He was very hesitant about asking for help from people. He's been blown away and a little overwhelmed by the calls and texts. The support of a friend helping with a vehicle that met his current and future needs warmed my heart and made me believe in people more in today's times because of you.

I'm probably not the best choice to write this all out. I'm sure it's full of grammatical errors and much more. But everything donated will help John aka (2-Doggz) win.
