Firstly, an injury from a year ago, resulting from unnecessary use of force and negligence, while being illegally evicted by US Marshals due to an owner’s dispute that had nothing to do with us.

And secondly, because of a prior injury with a diesel generator explosion reducing Jo’s oxygen intake by 1/3, recent events due to the fire damage in Los Angeles demand that we take our home and business away from the devastation, where she can breathe and we continue to pursue our tribe’s lifelong dream as filmmakers and make our award-winning story into a film.
