Dearest Family, Friends, and Community,

It is with a heavy heart we are informing you that our beloved Husband, Father, Brother, and Friend JL Reyes is currently admitted to the Mayo Clinic hospital. It was discovered that he has a brain tumor and now needs to have surgery to have it removed.

He’s anxiously awaiting his procedure as his care team are working around the clock to keep his symptoms under control. His headaches are immense, his vision is blurry & can barely stand or walk as he’s having difficulty with his balance.

His wonderful loving and caring wife Julie has been by his side every minute of everyday and is now taking time off of work to care for him.

Any contribution you could make, no matter the size, would be immensely appreciated and will go directly towards covering the medical expenses associated with his condition and paying household expenses while they are both unable to work to focus on his health and recovery.
