Stand with Jeremy Fass Against Stage 4 Cancer

My brother, Jeremy Fass, was diagnosed with stage 4 non-small cell lung cancer on November 25, 2024. Jeremy is a man of God, a devoted husband, father, and papa. Married for 23 years, he has 3 children and 2 grandchildren. He is the Lead Pastor of Silent Hope Church in Gilbert, AZ. He and his wife, Kim, founded and have led this church for over 14 years.

The cancer has become more aggressive and metastasized to his bones and stomach. Kim and the kids have taken rotating leaves of absence, as he can no longer stay home alone. His last doctor stopped chemo after 3 rounds, stating it wasn’t working. That answer was unacceptable to Jeremy and his family. He is a fighter and still looking for second options and any experimental treatments that will help. He is literally in a fight for his life and time is not on his side.
