Stand with Jeremiah in His Recovery Fight

Hello all, as some of you may know, my dear friend Stacy’s son Jeremiah was shot in the back Tuesday, March 11, 2025, in a senseless shooting in Atlanta by someone who was possibly off their meds, who had just walked up to him and his friends, starting a confrontation for no apparent reason! The guy then pulled out a gun and started shooting, leaving Jeremiah on the ground with a gunshot wound to the back, sending him to the hospital. Surgery was successful but he has a long road to recovery. This has left him paralyzed from the stomach down. Lord willing, soon enough he will be able to get all his feeling back and go through therapy to learn to walk and maneuver on his own again.

If you could please help her and her family who are taking turns caring for Jeremiah, this has been a lot for them all, trying to take off work with family here and mom (Stacy) coming from Washington, DC, and North Carolina to help assist in his care and figuring out how the hospital bills and recovery will all work out so he can receive the best care.
