I’m Jason Passmore I was recently Hospitalized and had a Amputation of my left foot due to infection. I’ve been out of work and unable to recover my heath has deteriorated my kidneys shut down in the hospital, I have been diagnosed with heart failure and I got food poisoning in the hospital. I’m working to catch up on the last few months of not working so I don’t go into Foreclosure. I’m a Single Father and have always supported my self and Children but I’ve hit a rough spot in life .
