Hello My name Jason Sanchez I really don't ask any thing I always been independent and work all my life until I got sick one day October 2022; I have (CKD) Chronic Kidney Disease. I was working at the hospital for 2 years they always accommodated me for my restrictions after I was hospitalized for a month and a half. After I got out from the hospital everything was okay and they approved my restrictions all the days and months I work there. On January 7, 2025 they denied my restrictions and approved letter from my doctor. Only answer they give is a 30 days notice to find a other position within the hospital, they did not give me enough time to look for a other job position within the hospital every job I look I have too have some type a degree or certificate. After I beg to keep my job what else can I do to keep my Job; only answer giving to me is 30 days notice. They fire me because my disability and the way my health was felt like I was a target and pick on. When I work there was so many people that are disabled they had them working while sitting down doing there work or doing nothing at all. All this cause me losse my job; cause me to be homeless; cause me all my bills rank up. At the day I looking for a attorney or lawyer because I file discrimination against them to different to (EEOC); (TWC); and (Civil Rights Division). The photo was me bening hospitalized; I want to give thanks in advance for helping me fight my health and this Journey I am going thru. The funds will be use on (medical bills/transplant kidney/truck repair/loans/credit cards) am so much in debt since I got sick with this disease am fighting; it been hard to do dialysis and try to find work with this sickness I have not asking not too big or not too small anything will help me break through this chains I am stuck and this survival. For the ones donate I will be greatful for helping me what I fighting for a battle that I know I am a Warrior have a long-term journey head of me.
