Hi, this is the family of Chelsey and Jake.

On the morning of April 16, 2024 there was a tragic incident that took place leaving Jake fighting for his life in the ICU at St. George Regional Medical Center.

Jake is the father of two beautiful daughters (Saige, 5 and Kori, 2) and partner to Chelsey for 10 years. His girls are his world. We are praying for a full recovery for Jake but we know his healing journey may be long and very extensive.

Prayers for a miracle for Jake are most important at this point but we would love to help lift this burden off of their family with monetary donations, with both Jake and Chelsey being unable to work through this tragic time.

As we stated above, Jake has a very long road ahead of him including multiple/ongoing surgeries and possible long term rehabilitation. We will update our friends and family as we become more informed with updates. We love and appreciate all of you who have checked up on our sweet Jake, Chelsey, Saige and Kori.

This money will go towards, food, gas, bills and extensive medical expenses.
