Hello my name is Jackeline I am married and have four beautiful children’s under the ages of 17-8 years old. I am currently facing the toughest battle of my life. I’m unemployed and Diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer. My husband also suffers having a rotator cuff injury and is also recovering from his surgery. I found myself not only fighting for my health, but also trying to provide for my precious children. As I’m going through months of treatments and chemotherapy, I’m trying my best to maintain stability for my family.
Despite my unwavering spirit, I’m struggling financially with everyday expenses such as paying my mortgage and utilities. It hurts to see my children worry about my health and the family's financial situation. As the days turned into weeks and the weeks into months, I knew I needed help. I courageously am reaching out to the community and support networks, sharing my story in hopes of getting financial assistance during my recovery.
As my story journey spreads, I am hoping to receive kindness and support emerging from unexpected places. Friends, neighbors, and even strangers offering a helping hand and a compassionate heart. It is through the generosity and empathy of others that I found the strength to focus on my recovery and the well-being of my beloved children.
Though the road ahead is still challenging, my heart was filled with gratitude for the love and support that surrounded me. I’ve learned that in times of adversity, reaching out for help wasn't a sign of weakness but a testament to the unyielding human spirit. With the financial burden eased, I was able to put my energy into healing, cherishing every precious moment with my children, and looking forward to a brighter, healthier future.
