Hello everyone, my name is Jack and I am the grandson of Irene Silva. My grandma has been battling pneumonia in the hospital for a week now and our family is in need of assistance.

We want to alleviate the financial hardship as much as possible here in the near future. My grandma is fighting hard every day, but it is not for certain that she will be with us after this fight.
