Her name is Hazel Grace Ternora. She’s a 28-year-old wife & mother living in Cagayan Valley, Philippines. She’s been fiercely battling Synovial Sarcoma Cancer for 1 year with little to no improvement of symptoms. Grace has been trying to raise money for her medical bills by selling the clothes from her closet, and is in need of a miracle!!
