Every dollar donated has made such a difference to Grant and his family and I cannot thank you enough and wanted to give you an update. This journey started las January and it has been quite the journey. Although Grant's employer stuck it out through all of this, he was finally told by his doctor that he could not return to that jog and the relationship has been terminated. Just this last week, he has been officially put on state disability and future medical expenses will be covered. He is researching online education for potential work that he can do at home.

In the meantime, Rachel is now working two jobs, the girls are all back in school and life goes on...and sometimes tosses out a bump in the road. Last week, on the way to work at 5 in the morning, a deer stepped out into the road as Rachel approached...I don't need to say more. She was driving Grant's truck and...well, I don't think I need to say more. They are not sure that the truck can be repaired but we are ever so thankful that she was not hurt.

So, here I am again with another plea for help. Your support and your contributions have made such a difference in their lives and are so appreciated. All of their savings have been depleted, they will need to address all of the medical bills as well as their living expenses and an unknown future. If you have it in your heart to help, Grant, Rachel, the three girls and John...and this Mama bear will so appreciated it. Thank you.
