Her hard work and perseverance paid off when she graduated with her Doctorate in Optometry this past May 2024, a momentous achievement that filled her with pride and excitement for the future.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Gini was also looking forward to another milestone in her life—her engagement. Set to marry her partner in September 2024, Gini was brimming with happiness and anticipation for the journey ahead. However, just as she was preparing to celebrate these joyous occasions, life threw her a curveball.

On June 7th, 2024, Gini was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). This news has understandably shaken her and her loved ones. As she navigates this challenging journey, Gini is facing not only the physical and emotional toll of her illness but also the financial strain of medical bills, medications, and day-to-day expenses.
