My name is Bethany Smith and I am the granddaughter of Gail Smith, owner of Bloomingail’s in Berwick, PA. On June 26 2024, a downburst hit Berwick and her gift shop was destroyed. The building was originally a Lutheran Church built in 1868. Unfortunately, the insurance will not cover all expenses. Our whole family poured their hearts and souls into creating a beautiful gift shop for our Berwick community.

My grandmother and our entire family are so appreciative of the community’s support as she navigates through this tragedy.
