Stand with Flo: Urgent Medical Support Needed

Our dear coworker Flo has recently suffered a devastating medical emergency, and we are asking for everyone’s support during this difficult time.

While on one of her regular walks, Flo suddenly felt a sharp pain and severe headache. This was the result of a brain hemorrhage. She was rushed to the hospital, where she has already undergone two surgeries and continues to receive treatment.

Flo has been a part of our family here at 21 West St. for more than 27 years, faithfully serving as our concierge with warmth, kindness, and dedication. She has always been there for us, and now it’s our turn to be there for her.

Sadly, Flo does not have family here in the U.S. and is facing this challenge largely on her own. Let’s come together as a community to ease her pain and show her the love and support she deserves.
