**Help Support Father Stéphane Kazadi Sanga During This Uncertain Time**
Both Roman Catholic parishes in Iroquois Falls are coming together to support our beloved priest, **Father Stéphane Kazadi Sanga**, who is now facing a very difficult situation.
Father Stéphane has been faithfully serving our community with compassion, kindness, and dedication. Sadly, Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has decided not to renew his work permit. This means he could be required to leave Canada within 90 days, despite the strong bonds he has built here and the countless lives he has touched.
His absence would be felt deeply. There is already a shortage of priests in our diocese, and without Father Stéphane, parishioners would struggle to celebrate Mass, funerals, baptisms, weddings, and other sacraments that are central to our faith and community life.
While parishioners have launched a letter-writing campaign to appeal to both the IRCC and our Member of Parliament, Father Stéphane has also been left without income during this process. Until his case is resolved, he cannot work or receive pay.
We are asking for your help.
Your donations will go directly to Father Stéphane to:
* Cover **basic living expenses and rent**.
* Provide for his **day-to-day needs** while he awaits the outcome of his immigration case.
* Relieve the stress of financial hardship so he can focus on the legal process and continue being present for the community.
Father Stéphane has given so much of himself to us — through his ministry, his care, and his presence. Now it’s our turn to give back and ensure he feels the love and support of the community he has served so faithfully.
Every contribution, big or small, will make a difference. Even if you cannot donate, please share this campaign with others. Together, we can stand with Father Stéphane and show him that he is not alone.
Thank you for your support and prayers.
