My name is Dr. Gerard Farage, chiropractic/acupuncturist. My family has had a very tough couple of years. My wife had a brain tumor; surgery was successful, however, she still struggles, and our insurance did not cover everything. Then we had the COVID virus shutdowns.

Unfortunately, in 04/2021, a drunk driver ran a red light and hit me. I had severe injuries and have been partially disabled. My back was broken. My auto insurance paid the bills for a while, but now I require another spinal surgery, and they are refusing to pay. I don't have the money for the surgery or recovery. I have been suffering for almost four years with this. I have 8 kids, and they are helping out along with my brother. I really need help just to pay rent and food. I am taking my insurance company to court; however, I am so bad, please help me recover and pay my bills.
