Through his first round of chemo and six major surgeries, he continued to work tirelessly, refusing to let his illness define him.

Whether it's providing counsel and wisdom to close friends, or opening up his home to people who have no where else to go, or helping someone in distress, my dad's heart knows no bounds. -The Current Struggle, Chemo, Surgeries, and Setbacks: After completing his first round of chemo and undergoing surgery to remove the head of his pancreas, my dad was given a brief reprieve. However, just a month into his recovery, the cancer returned. Despite his efforts to continue working during his second round of chemo and daily radiation treatments, my dad faced another setback in May 2024 when he suffered a perforation in his stomach. This emergency surgery has extended his recovery time by about six months and has made it impossible for him to work.
