Dylan has been transferred to home hospice care. We all appreciate each and everyone's support during this process. Please continue to support both Dylan and Bridget as Dylan continues on to his next journey.

Dylan was recently diagnosed with stage 4 bone cancer. A significant portion of his treatment plan involves Bridget accompanying Dylan for out of state travel and lodging.
