Hello, allies. If you have attended any BG Pride event, you have likely met Diane and her wife, Carol. They are a beautiful couple that are perfectly aligned with all that we stand for here at BG Pride. We are sure that many of you remember supporting Carolyn Pinta as she faced a lawsuit from a certain local business owner. That same person is back at it, but this time, going after Diane. Not only is this lawsuit frivolous, but Carol has been recently diagnosed with breast cancer, adding insult to injury. As soon as paperwork is available for you all to read on Diane's case, we will share it, but for now, we are linking Carolyn's lawyer's Motion to Dismiss so that you can get the idea. Her was dismissed just as Diane's will be, but not before an incredible amount of unnecessary trauma and drama at an already horrible time.
