Stand with Diana Mendez in Her Fight Against Cancer

Hello everyone, my name is Jade Ortega and I am creating this fundraiser on behalf of my beautiful mother Diana Mendez. As many of you may know, she is battling Stage 3 Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma of intrathoracic lymph nodes. For the past few months she has been able to scrape by and budget her monthly bills (including medical expenses) but unfortunately she has reached the point where it has become impossible to keep up and she is at risk of losing her health insurance due to not being able to work since May 2024. My mother is selfless, independent, and extremely hard-working especially having to raise my sister and I on her own from a young age. Anyone that has crossed her path can attest to her beautiful light of a soul as she has always been a loving and giving parent, aunt, sister, friend, coworker, and grandmother of four young children. My mother is usually the first person many people can count on to lean on and never asks anyone for help but now is the time I am hoping she can receive some support in her time of need. Any amount that you are able to contribute toward her medical expenses would be of tremendous appreciation so we can let her know that she is not in this fight alone.
