Stand with Debra in Her Cancer Journey

I’m Debra Bedell-Fobar. These last few months have been tough. In October 2024, I lost my husband Chris. We were together 37 years. I was grieving that loss when, in late November, I was hospitalized. Doctors thought I was losing blood somehow because my numbers were so low. After numerous tests, several transfusions, and a bone marrow biopsy, it turns out I wasn’t making any good blood cells. I was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. It’s not good. The copay for the chemotherapy pill I have to take every day is $1,900+. I cannot believe how expensive cancer treatments are! I did claim it's a hardship, and the pharmacy said I qualify, so I will get some help paying for meds. Some of my family members are flying in to be with me for my chemo treatment. I need my chemo infusions 5 days every month, as well as the pills. If you could help, myself and my family would be so grateful. The cost of plane tickets is not cheap. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Please help if you can. Any amount will help. God bless you. And thank you for your generosity.
