Sister Deborah Smith was rushed to the emergency room on 10/7 for what they thought could be appendicitis. But after scans were completed, it was determined she has stage 4 metastatic colon cancer that had spread to her lymph nodes, liver, and peritoneum. She also had a heart attack and was found to have multiple blockages. She remains very sick and is currently hospitalized while they try to determine the best next step for treatment.

Deborah has always been a pillar of strength, wisdom, and joy. She has stood with many of us as we went through our own trials of life. She is a prayer warrior and believes in the power of prayer. Now is our time to stand in the gap for her; lifting her up in prayer and claiming her miracle.
