Friends, we apologize for having to ask for help, but it has gotten to the point where we desperately need help. David is gonna be facing a high-risk heart procedure. He has tried to work, but his health has just gotten to the point that he just can't. He has had three heart attacks, and the latest one occurred on Monday, where his pulse beat got as low as 30 bpm.

We are drowning in co-pays and deductible costs, bills that are just overwhelming us. It is beyond embarrassing to have to do this, but we are in such a position that we have to.
