Hello, my name is Dave. I live in Concrete, WA. I have called this home for 7 years; before that, I lived in Sedro-Woolley. I'm 68 years old, and I have never asked for any help before. I worked hard all my life. Twelve years ago, I got lung cancer, went through radiation treatment and chemo, and beat it. I worked the whole time I was going through treatment. It was tough, but I made it.

About 8 months ago, I started losing weight, a lot of weight. Come to find out, I had lung cancer again, but worse this time. The company I worked for decided after 12 years to lay me off, just goodbye. So, this is where it has all gone downhill. My chemo is immune therapy, but that's not working, so now I'm starting CHEMO. You know, hair loss, sick.

I really hate to ask for help, but I'm going to lose everything I worked for all my life. If you could find it in your heart to help, it would be really appreciated. Also, my jeep broke down. I would fix it myself, but the pain that I am having won't let me.
