Stand with Dave and Andrea Eitner in Tough Times
Donation protected

Hello friends and neighbors, I'm Keri Cole. This account is being set up to help some amazing, kind and very humble friends of mine. Some of you may know Dave and Andrea Eitner and some of you may not. This year has been super rough for these folks. Back in January, their beloved rottweiler Steele was hit by a plow truck leaving them with large amounts of vet bills. Thank goodness Steele is still alive but has endured a lot of issues. His leg was broken and has had to have a steel plate placed to hold his leg together. Unfortunately, that plate has broken, leaving Steele in a leg brace and cast. This poor guy has been on light activity since January. The Eitners have made numerous trips to the vet to have his leg checked and x-rays. During this time, their beloved little Yorkie Cutch had to have surgery for bladder stones. More vet bills. Andrea's mother passed away during this time as well. Fastward to June 9th, their home caught on fire. Cutch was hiding under their bed and Dave made several attempts to get to him but the smoke was to much. The first responders came and were able to get to him but he was already gone. Thankfully the had an oxygen mask for dogs and was able to get him revived and rushed to a vet hospital where he was hospitalized for several days. He was in an oxygen tank to him going. Cutch is still not in the clear but thankful he is with Dave and Andrea. Steele is being housed at Waynesburg Animal Hospital. Since the Eitners have been displaced from their home, they are staying at a hotel which obviously they can't have a 180lb rottweiler.
Folks, any donation will be greatly appreciated. These people are the kindest people. They are the type of people that would give the shirt off their back. Please help a fellow Greene county neighbor. They need our help.
All donations will go to the Eitners directly to help pay for vet bills, expenses or whatever they need.
