Stand with Danielle: Help Her Defend Her Family

Dear friends and family,

As many of you know, my children and I are facing an unexpectedly challenging situation involving financial abuse and abandonment from my ex-husband. Recently, he has been filing numerous emergent motions filled with fraudulent accusations aimed at undermining our stability. He is attempting to take our children from me completely and is seeking to void all financial responsibilities outlined in our final divorce judgment.

For years, I tried to help our family stay together, but those efforts have led to this painful reality. The children and I have endured a lot, but we have also discovered ways to find happiness and keep moving forward, thanks to the support of many wonderful people—our angels.

Today at 3 PM, there is another emergency hearing, and I am struggling to prepare while still representing myself in court. Despite my best efforts, I am feeling overwhelmed and underrepresented. I know that I need to hire a lawyer who can help navigate this complex situation, but I am currently at a standstill financially.
