This is Daniel, also known as Pantera. On July 19, Daniel suffered a seizure, which caused him to fall and open up his eyebrow. He was taken to the emergency room. They stitched him up and did a CT scan to make sure the fall didn’t do any more damage. As a result of this CT scan, they found a big mass on the right side of his brain. He was transported from Hamilton Medical Center to CHI Memorial, where they did further tests. The neurologist informed us that he, in fact, did have a tumor. He had his first appointment with the neurosurgeon and is scheduled for surgery in a few weeks. Daniel has no medical insurance and won’t be able to work for about 6 weeks or longer due to this. He will have many doctor visits, hospital stays, and has to pay for medication and surgery, aside from all his other expenses.
