Hi everyone. My name is Daniel Kinn and this is my GoFundMe.

Last week on 2/19, I went to the emergency room with what I thought was a severe cramp in my calf. Well, after some testing, it turned out to be 6 major blood clots in my right leg—in my thigh, calf, and above my ankle. I was rushed into surgery, and what was supposed to be a routine 1.5-hour surgery ended up being an extensive 5.5-hour surgery. I woke up and have an incision from my groin down to my ankle, minus a few inches.

I have been in the hospital for 8 days now and will have to stay here for a minimum of 10 more for rehab. I have to basically learn to walk again on that leg. Then, after I get out of the hospital, it will be a month or so of using a walker, and hopefully by the 2nd month, I'm walking normally again.

It will be a long road back to normal, but I'm fighting hard.

I am here today asking the wonderful community for any help or assistance. I have medical insurance covering most of this, but I also have my normal bills pouring in. I can't walk, can't drive, and definitely can't work. So, this is a very hard strain on life I wasn't expecting.
