Yesterday morning, as my husband was taking our children to school, he was intercepted by immigration agents. My husband is not a criminal; he has a work authorization to legally work in the USA. He has been following every procedure by immigration. He is currently in immigration proceedings. He has an I-130 family petition pending through me.

He was violently attacked by ICE agents. My 3 children were in the vehicle when ICE agents broke the car window. Glass shattered on top of my children. They pointed a gun in front of my children. He was initially detained at the Baltimore temporary detention, but today he was transferred to the immigration detention in California. It was completely inhumane what they did.
