Help Dana Jennings Prepare for Life-Changing Brain & Spine Surgery

Hi everyone,

I’m creating this GoFundMe for someone incredibly special to me—Dana Jennings—who is facing a major medical crisis and could use our love, prayers, and support right now.

Dana has been diagnosed with Chiari Malformation, a condition where the lower part of her brain (the cerebellum) is pushing down through the base of her skull. This has caused reduced cerebrospinal fluid flow and significant neurological symptoms. In addition, Dana has a serious structural issue with her C2 vertebrae, which is bending backward and compressing her brainstem.

Dana began experiencing symptoms 12–18 months ago, and after many tests and appointments, her medical team has confirmed that surgery is necessary to relieve the pressure and prevent further damage. The surgery is scheduled for July 1st.

Dana would have loved more time to prepare financially, but life had other plans. She just purchased her home in March—only to receive this diagnosis three weeks later. The timing has made it impossible to build up the safety net she needs to get through this.

Recovery from brain and spine surgery will be long and intense, and Dana will be out of work for quite some time. She’s scared, overwhelmed, and still processing all of this—but her faith is strong. She’s trusting that God’s got her, even in the darkest moments.
