Stand with Dan: A True Hero's Journey

This gofundme is being done on behalf of Dan Schilling and his amazing wife Erica by friends, family and loved ones. Dan has been battling cancer since mid 2021. In December 2022 Dan and Erica were blessed with an early Christmas present in the news that Dan had defeated his cancer. They were on top of the world as they entered 2024 cancer free! Unfortunately the tail end of 2024 had different plans as Dan has found himself in the fight yet again with Erica by his side. Those of you who know Dan, we ask that you keep this private. As you know, he is a very private and humble person and would not accept this even though he greatly needs it.

Dan has worked at the Naval Reactors Facility for 12 years now. To know him is to love him. Dan is a HUSBAND, a FATHER, a MENTOR, a WARRIOR and a HERO. Dan comes from an extensive and decorated law enforcement background including time in Afghanistan. He is one of the kindest and most humble people you wold ever meet.
