Stand with Daisy in Her Health Battle

Hi my name is Daisy. I am the proud mom of 5 beautiful girls and the bonus mom to quite a few more and Wife to the most amazing man on the planet, only daughter to my mom and only sister to my brothers from my mom side. Youngest sibling from all sides.

In December of 2022 I was diagnosed with Cervical Cancer. Thankfully I was backed with great health insurance and a boss who made sure I was taken care of and a HR lady who did all the back end of my insurance stuff so I didn’t have many worries. I started my Chemo, Radiation and Internal radiation in early 2023 by April of 2023 I have my first NED (no evidence of disease). My family and I were ecstatic. July 2023 Ned again, December of 2023 Ned again..

April 2024 there are some signs that now require biopsy. Here is the issue.. Health insurance policy changed between deductibles and coinsurance. 

Between deductible and co-insurance I am short $6000.. which I don’t have laying around. I have already racked up $4700 in medical bills that I owe and we won’t talk about the past bills from 2022 and 2023 (those I will pay when I hit the lottery)

The worst part is none of this was public Knowledge and my biopsy was scheduled for Monday which I had to cancel. I have a CT scan for the 17th as well. Along with 3 oncologist appointments all scheduled for the same day.. hopefully I can gather enough for the biopsy. I haven’t been able to sleep since April 2nd 2024, thinking about it.

So even if it’s $1.00 or one share we may be able to gather the funds I need or at least close the gap some. Everyone who knows me, knows I would never do this unless my hands were tied behind my back, and at the moment they are.
